1. Acceptance

By accessing MatchWithRandom you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use MatchWithRandom. By starting a chat you represent that you meet this requirement. We remove users we find to be under 18 and act on reports of under-age use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Display nudity or engage in sexual activity on camera.
• Harass, threaten, defame or abuse another user.
• Post hateful content targeting protected characteristics.
• Record, capture or redistribute another user without their consent.
• Solicit money, personal data or financial information.
• Advertise, spam, or run automated or scripted access to the service.
• Attempt to identify, locate or contact a user outside the service against their wishes.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Moderation and enforcement

We operate automated screening and accept user reports. We may end a session, block access, or refer a matter to law enforcement, with or without notice, where we believe these terms have been broken.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not vet users in advance.You interact with strangers at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for the conduct of any user of the service.

7. Changes

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
